On my musical hard disk, 2012 will be saved as the year of dubstep genius Actress coming up with a magical album called RIP. Rip contains ... almost everything.  To call this album eclectic is definitely an understatement. RIP is incomparable. Caves of paradise is one of the numerous tracks that has it ALL. Darren Cunningham is as talented as Burial or Zomby, but his scope is much wider. Actress rulez.

Dubstep genius Burial is back in town with a brand new 3-track EP, Kindred. The exact release date is yet to be confirmed by Hyperdub Records. The EP contains 3 tracks (Kindred, Loner and Ashtray Wasp) and surprisingly clocks in at almost half an hour. Pre-listening and pre-ordering here.
